As a Breakfast Server at Balmoral Arms Hotel, you'll oversee the daily breakfast service, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and customer experience. With strong guest interaction and communication skills, you'll manage and motivate your colleagues, quick efficient service & maintaining a welcoming and well-organised environment. Your proactive approach and planning abilities will help streamline operations, from buffet breakfast service to close down. You'll work flexibly, including weekends, upholding high grooming and presentation standards while delivering outstanding hospitality.

• Buffet service & presentation
• Servicing freshly cooked meals
• Resetting and cleaning of tables
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Greeting guests with a smile
• Opening up and closing down the service
• Following Food hygiene regulations
• Meeting guest needs
• Preparing the dining room for the next service
