The Details:

What exactly you'll be doing

• Learn and retain food & beverage and menu knowledge
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Use excellent communication skills with guests and teammates, including verbal, written and body language
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and organised work environment, including stocking of supplies, polishing cutlery/glassware, folding napkins, cleaning menus, sanitising tables, etc.
• Clear tables, carry plates to the dishwashing area
• The Server must execute fabulous guest service
• Prepare basic, non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, water, iced tea, etc.
• Enthusiastically describe details of food dishes and beverages at the time of delivery to guests
• Be a team player!

Background must-have:

• Current right to work in the UK
• High school or equivalent education required.
• Preferred: 1-2 years' experience as a Server in a full-service restaurant
