Breakfast Head Chef: Lead, Create & Elevate Morning Service

Fallow is seeking a Breakfast Head Chef to take full ownership of morning kitchen operations. You will lead from the front, delivering an exceptional breakfast offering with refined technique, creativity and leadership to inspire the team and ensure flawless execution each morning.

You will drive sustainability practices, manage GP and labour costs, and collaborate with the General Manager and front-of-house to deliver an outstanding guest experience in a high-end setting.
