Job Description

Join Lacoste at Selfridges - Brand Ambassador Opportunity

Pop-up activation at Selfridges, London, and we are looking for a passionate Brand Ambassador to be part of the experience.

Location: Selfridges, London

Contract: 24 hours/week

Duration: 8 weeks

Main Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

  1. Deliver premium customer service by providing an exceptional experience through greeting, listening, and assisting customers.
  2. Build customer relationships by going above and beyond to exceed expectations, offering additional services, and encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
  3. Brand Specialist: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand's products, materials, heritage, and history to share inspiring stories with customers.

Sales Excellence

  1. Achieve business targets by ensuring sales animation and meeting or exceeding daily objectives.
  2. Upselling & cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance customer purchases by recommending complementary products.
  3. Manage transactions: Ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient processing of purchases and returns, and proactively approach customers to offer available services.

Brand Representation

  1. Maintain brand image by ensuring a pleasant shopping environment consistent with Lacoste standards.
  2. Visual merchandising: Take pride in ownership and adhere to proper housekeeping standards on the sales floor.

Operational Tasks

  1. Stock management: Follow stock policy standards for efficient sales management.
  2. Store standards: Monitor stock replenishment and control standards.
  3. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, including health and safety standards.
  4. Business reporting: Develop a strong relationship with the line manager and report weekly/monthly on business performance.
