Job Description
Join Lacoste at Selfridges - Brand Ambassador Opportunity
Pop-up activation at Selfridges, London, and we are looking for a passionate Brand Ambassador to be part of the experience.
Location: Selfridges, London
Contract: 24 hours/week
Duration: 8 weeks
Main Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
- Deliver premium customer service by providing an exceptional experience through greeting, listening, and assisting customers.
- Build customer relationships by going above and beyond to exceed expectations, offering additional services, and encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
- Brand Specialist: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand's products, materials, heritage, and history to share inspiring stories with customers.
Sales Excellence
- Achieve business targets by ensuring sales animation and meeting or exceeding daily objectives.
- Upselling & cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance customer purchases by recommending complementary products.
- Manage transactions: Ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient processing of purchases and returns, and proactively approach customers to offer available services.
Brand Representation
- Maintain brand image by ensuring a pleasant shopping environment consistent with Lacoste standards.
- Visual merchandising: Take pride in ownership and adhere to proper housekeeping standards on the sales floor.
Operational Tasks
- Stock management: Follow stock policy standards for efficient sales management.
- Store standards: Monitor stock replenishment and control standards.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, including health and safety standards.
- Business reporting: Develop a strong relationship with the line manager and report weekly/monthly on business performance.
