About youYou'll be an experienced practice manager or leader with practical experience in a clinical environment and have a RCVS qualification. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience and is familiar with working towards commercial KPIs and leading a stable and consistent team.

We would consider full time or part time applicants for this role. The job holder is expected to be based at these branch clinics on a regular/daily basis. All site managers are required to join an on-call rota to support teams as needed in collaboration with others.
A driving licence and own vehicle is required due to the location of these clinics and poor transport links in the area.
Salary£36,000 to £40,000+ pa depending on level of experience/qualifications/other supporting factors. Please contact us should you wish to discuss this further.
