Job Description
Branch Manager - 12 month secondment at Nationwide in Reigate, Surrey, full time 35 hours per week. Required to be within a 45 minute commute of the branch.
Key responsibilities- Lead the branch team and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Implement and manage the branch business plan.
- Maintain FCA standards and deliver high quality outcomes.
- Monitor branch activity, identify opportunities and drive commercial performance.
- Co ordinate training and development for staff.
- Use Nationwide computer systems and processes.
- Demonstrated experience in managing people in a busy retail/branch environment.
- Commercial understanding and knowledge of financial regulations.
- Ability to prioritise, adapt and work quickly in a busy setting.
- Experience as a branch manager or similar retail branch role (preferred).
- Resilience, versatility and flexibility to handle changing demands.
