Branch Manager - Reigate

Branch Manager - 12 month secondment at Nationwide in Reigate, Surrey, full time 35 hours per week. Required to be within a 45 minute commute of the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the branch team and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Implement and manage the branch business plan.
• Maintain FCA standards and deliver high quality outcomes.
• Monitor branch activity, identify opportunities and drive commercial performance.
• Co ordinate training and development for staff.
• Use Nationwide computer systems and processes.

Key qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing people in a busy retail/branch environment.
• Commercial understanding and knowledge of financial regulations.
• Ability to prioritise, adapt and work quickly in a busy setting.
• Experience as a branch manager or similar retail branch role (preferred).
• Resilience, versatility and flexibility to handle changing demands.
