Job Description
Job Title: Boutique Manager 
We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's standalone boutique in London's luxury shopping area.

Role Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 10 staff members.
- Oversee luxury retail sales operations.
- Manage CRM processes, organize events, and implement clientelling strategies.
- Foster a positive performance culture through team motivation and people development.
- Stay trend-aware and uphold the brand's luxury standards.
Basic salary ranges from £50,000 to £55,000, with uncapped commission. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) based on current store performance is approximately £65,000 to £70,000.
