Our client is a company in the tourism sector, specializing in incoming services, is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager with a strategic vision and the ability to lead the People area. This person will be responsible for designing and executing talent, culture, and organizational development policies, supported by a team of two direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the Human Resources strategy aligned with the company.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development processes.
- Lead compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation plans.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and talent-oriented organizational culture.
- Manage labor relations with the support of an external advisory firm and negotiate with unions.
- Ensure legal compliance in labor matters.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Supervise the department's budget.
- Support organizational change processes.
What makes you a great fit
- University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources in a generalist or leadership role; experience in the tourism sector is highly valued.
- Proven experience in multicultural and international environments.
- Bilingual English and Spanish (spoken and written) required; German also highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and organizational development.
- Postgraduate training in HR, MBA, or related programs (desirable).
