Biologics DS Operations Lead Digital Excellence Dublin

AstraZeneca is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Lead for biologics drug substance at our Dublin campus. You will steer end-to-end operations from upstream to release, championing safety, quality, and reliability while implementing digital tools and AI to improve performance.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, you will lead a high-performing team, ensure compliance with global GMP, coordinate cross-functionally, and drive continual improvements in a fast-evolving portfolio.
