Job Description
I am partnering with a global law firm to find a Billing Coordinator for their London office. This role reports to an experienced Revenue Manager and presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal finance biller to join a fantastic team.
Day duties of the role:
- Promptly respond to billing-related emails and requests.
- Prepare, manage, and review client invoices.
- Process invoices using the Pre-bill viewer and make necessary edits.
- Handle a high volume of bills.
- Review billing documentation and requirements.
- Maintain organised invoice folders and internal documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting on billing statistics and streamline and schedule regular client billing reports.
The right candidate will need:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in legal billing in a law firm.
- Strong interpersonal skills for all levels of interaction.
- Team player with stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent prioritisation and time management.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanour.
- Self-motivated, works well with minimal supervision.
