Job Description

I am partnering with a global law firm to find a Billing Coordinator for their London office. This role reports to an experienced Revenue Manager and presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal finance biller to join a fantastic team.

Day duties of the role:

  • Promptly respond to billing-related emails and requests.
  • Prepare, manage, and review client invoices.
  • Process invoices using the Pre-bill viewer and make necessary edits.
  • Handle a high volume of bills.
  • Review billing documentation and requirements.
  • Maintain organised invoice folders and internal documentation.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting on billing statistics and streamline and schedule regular client billing reports.

The right candidate will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in legal billing in a law firm.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for all levels of interaction.
  • Team player with stakeholder relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent prioritisation and time management.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanour.
  • Self-motivated, works well with minimal supervision.
