Bilingual English/Italian Customer Service Rep - Outreach

MiniMed is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Proactive Services to engage through outbound onboarding coaching and ongoing therapy journey support for people with diabetes and their carers.

The role focuses on building confidence, enabling therapy success, and strengthening long-term loyalty while collaborating with internal partners to deliver coordinated care. Strong English and Italian language skills, excellent communication, and proactive organisation are essential.
