Dynamic Customer Service & Hire Desk Coordinator

MEP Hire, part of VP plc, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, handling phone and email queries and supporting the hire desk across the national depot network.

You will work closely with the sales team and branch managers, build strong relationships, manage workloads, and help improve hire desk processes while ensuring up-to-date administration and reporting.
