Van Fit Solutions is the UK's only truly bespoke vehicle storage builder . Every build we do is one-of-a-kind - tailored to each customer's tools, trade and lifestyle.

What You'll Be Doing
Constructing bespoke drawers, false floors, racking and complete van systems
Working hands-on with precision and pride in our fully equipped workshop
Completing full fit-outs for vans, pickups and commercial vehicles
Learning from an experienced team with full training provided

What You'll Get
£15/hour starting wage
£17/hour once you're independently building full van systems
Uncapped pay - exceptional work gets rewarded beyond the baseline
Weekly pay
40-hour basic work week
Regular paid overtime available
Every other weekend required , with optional night shifts for those who want more hours
