Trainee / Experienced Insulation Installer

We are a well-established home insulation company and have identified a position for a Insulation Installer to join the Leicester Depot; working primarily within the Midlands area.

Candidates must be over the age of 21, hold a full clean driving licence (with at least 1 year driving experience) and hold a valid CSCS card.

The Role:

As a installer your duties will include:
Installing materials and carrying out a comprehensive internal and external inspection of all properties utilising the pre-inspection report prior to install to ensure suitability of the property and carry out a post inspection.
Ensure all works are completed in line with industry and company standards to achieve the set quality targets.
Ensure all company Health and Safety rules are always adhered to including all team members.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Excellent communication skills and able to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
Candidate must be physically fit (job involves lifting and climbing ladders etc)
Proven ability to self-motivate, achieve set targets and experience of working without direct supervision, using initiative and working to deadlines.
Flexible approach to working hours due to the nature of the job.
Full clean driving licence with at least 1 year of driving experience.
CSCS card holder.
Experience preferred but not essential as on the job training will be given.
