Job Description

4 month temp £14ph Central London

The Role
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone
  • Resolving queries efficiently while delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information on internal systems
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
  • Managing follow-up actions and keeping customers informed throughout the process
  • Supporting the team with general administration and process improvements where required
About You
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within a call based environment
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • A positive, friendly and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Happy working as part of a busy, collaborative team
  • Flexible to work 1-2 Saturdays per month (day off in lieu provided)
