4 month temp £14ph Central London
The Role- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone
- Resolving queries efficiently while delivering a high standard of customer service
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information on internal systems
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
- Managing follow-up actions and keeping customers informed throughout the process
- Supporting the team with general administration and process improvements where required
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a call based environment
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- A positive, friendly and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Happy working as part of a busy, collaborative team
- Flexible to work 1-2 Saturdays per month (day off in lieu provided)
