Bartender (m/w/d) Summer 2026

The Grand Hotel Belvedere in Wengen is a 5 -Lifestyle hotel existing of two historical buildings, with 90 rooms and suites, 2 restaurants and a Spa.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our BAR team for the summer season. The ideal candidate has previous experience within a 5-star environment or hotel setting and is committed to delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverage experiences. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Introduction

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests at the bar and restaurant areas

• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar menu offerings

• Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all drinks served

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times

• Monitor stock levels and assist with bar preparation

• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety procedures

• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues professionally

• Work closely with service and bar teams to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain a calm and professional attitude during high-volume service periods

Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a 5-star environment or within a hotel setting

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage service standards

• Ability to maintain high service standards under pressure

• Professional appearance and excellent guest service skills

• Team player with strong communication abilities

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays during the summer season

• Good knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
