Job Description
Overview

  • An amazing opportunity to join our May Fair Kitchen Restaurant located within our 5 Star The May Fair, as a Bartender.

  • The role of Bartender will involve working a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of the Mayfair Bar and our brand standards.

  • Be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros. Is able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.


About You

  • Previous bartender experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation is essential.

  • Demonstrates excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.

  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.

  • Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor and food trends.
