Barista Team Leader - Flexible Shifts

Costa Coffee is looking for a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, coordinating a friendly, high performing store team in a fast paced environment. You'll train new Baristas, energise and motivate your colleagues, maintain service and coffee excellence, and use resourcefulness to keep everything running smoothly and to a consistently high standard.

Flexibility with shifts and a positive, can do attitude are also valued as you help Costa Coffee deliver memorable
