Bar Person - Country Hotel & Restaurant

Our client is recruiting a Bar Tender for their award winning country hotel. The business is all about offering great, all fresh food, and great drinks to their customers. They are looking for a confident and personable bar person with good all round Bar & Restaurant skills. This is a hands on role so you will interact with customers on a daily basis. Cocktail skills and knowledge would be an advantadge.

• Working behind Hotel Bar & Serving Drinks
• Training and developing the Bar team
• Serve Cocktails
• Full Time position
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of Bar Areas

The Person

• Outgoing friendly and professional
• Good knowledge of food and wine
• Already working as a bar person
• Good knowledge of standards
• Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service even when busy
