Bar Team Leader: Lead Service, Quality, & Guest Experience

Thwaites is seeking a Bar Team Leader to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure the bar operates smoothly to the highest standards.

You will lead shifts, brief the team, and maintain pace, energy and quality across drinks, service, and stock control. You'll coach staff, support onboarding, ensure licensing and safety compliance, and engage with other departments to ensure seamless service.
