As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a crucialrole in overseeing the daily operations of our bar. Your leadership will ensurethat our guests receive the highest level of service, with every cocktail andglass of wine served to perfection. You'll collaborate closely with seniormanagement and team members to maintain our standards and exceed guestexpectations consistently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the bar and bar floor, ensuring smoothand efficient service.
• Deliver engaging training sessions on service standards and productknowledge to team members.
• Prepare detailed shift handover reports to maintain continuity andconsistency.
• Perform cashing up procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to enhance upsellingand guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar menu and wine list to provideexpert recommendations to guests.
• Assist the Bar Manager with stock take and ordering to ensure optimalinventory levels.

What you Need:

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a fast-paced, luxury venue.
• An excellent understanding of mixology, wines, and spirits.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate ateam.
• Superb attention to detail, driven by a commitment to exceptionalstandards.
• A polished personal presentation, reflecting the high standards ofFirmdale Hotels.
• Resilience and a proactive attitude, ensuring everything is done rightthe first time.
