Bar Operations Lead - Growth & Perks

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to drive the Bar department, align with hotel strategy and oversee budgeted targets. You will recruit, develop and lead the Bar team to deliver superior service at all events and daily operations.

You'll report to the Bar Manager and Food & Beverage Manager and play a pivotal role in guest experience, cost control and operational excellence across our Dublin properties.
