Bar Manager - Lead Pub Team (9 Day Fortnight, Dublin)

Pennyhill Pub in Lucan is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead front of house operations and mentor a busy team. You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional service, manage stock, and ensure compliance with licensing and health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong leadership, a hands on approach, excellent communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
