Marketing Manager - Louis Fitzgerald Hotel & Joel's Restaurant

We're hiring a Marketing Manager for the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel & Joel's Restaurant.

Based in Newlands Cross, Dublin 22, this is a hands-on role looking after two distinct brands. One week you could be launching a hotel wedding campaign, and the next you could be filming a new menu at Joel's. You'll work with the teams across both venues to turn those campaigns into room bookings, event enquiries and restaurant reservations.

About the role What you'll do

• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for hotel stays, weddings, meetings and events, and dining at Joel's.

• Manage the marketing calendar across both venues, from seasonal offers and menu launches to key events.

• Create and coordinate content for social media, email and websites, including photography and short-form video.

• Manage paid digital campaigns and track which activity drives enquiries and bookings.

• Work with Sales, Revenue and the restaurant team to plan promotions and keep each brand's voice consistent.

What we're looking for

• Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns from brief through to reporting.

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a good eye for photography and video.

• Confidence managing social media, email marketing and paid digital campaigns.

• The ability to manage competing deadlines and work closely with busy operational teams.

• Experience in hotel, restaurant or hospitality marketing is an advantage.
