Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operation of the Bar, Bistro and Meetings.
• Coach and support the team to maintain high standards, meet budgeted targets and KPIs.
• Ensure smooth operations and guest service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience running a branded restaurant or hotel food & beverage operation.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operations and meet financial targets.

Working Hours

Open 7 days a week 365 days a year; shift patterns and contracted hours discussed at interview.
