Job Description

Candidate Profile

The ideal individual will have a wide range of transferrable skills with a proactive attitude and initiative.

Responsibilities

To manage the waiting staff so that the Personal Wedding Manager can devote their time to running an event.
To complete Rotaring and deal with any Front of House staffing issues.
To oversee the food and canape service.
To ensure the waiting team have a good knowledge of food and beverages served at each event.
To ensure smooth running of food and canape service.
To participate in all preparation, cleaning down and all waiting duties along with monthly deep cleans.
To complete a monthly stock take on 1st of every month and ensure the completed spreadsheet is sent to the Venue Manager.

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
