Job Description

  • Provide secretarial support to the team, diary management to the solicitors.
  • Prepare and manage board meeting agendas, minutes, and associated documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless services.
  • Support the preparation of annual reports and other corporate documents.
  • Monitor and manage deadlines for filings and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with ad-hoc secretarial and governance-related tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Secretary should have:

  • Experience in a secretarial role within the legal industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in drafting and managing corporate documentation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • A professional qualification in governance or company secretarial practice (desirable).


The client is open to candidates, either someone with 1-2 years recent experience as a Legal Secretary and a degree or someone with 3 years experience open to this level.
