Job Description
- Provide secretarial support to the team, diary management to the solicitors.
- Prepare and manage board meeting agendas, minutes, and associated documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless services.
- Support the preparation of annual reports and other corporate documents.
- Monitor and manage deadlines for filings and compliance requirements.
- Assist with ad-hoc secretarial and governance-related tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Secretary should have:
- Experience in a secretarial role within the legal industry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in drafting and managing corporate documentation.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- A professional qualification in governance or company secretarial practice (desirable).
The client is open to candidates, either someone with 1-2 years recent experience as a Legal Secretary and a degree or someone with 3 years experience open to this level.
