Bank Outpatients Physiotherapist Bushey Outpatients MSK Shifts Available Mon Saturday, Days/Evening shifts
Spire Bushey Hospital is actively seeking a Physiotherapist to join its bank within the outpatient Physiotherapy team. This position is ideal for individuals interested in specialising in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
You must be able to commit to at least 1x evening shift per week, and every other Saturday AM (7.30am-12.30). Please do not apply if you cannot commit to this.
Spire Bushey Hospital forms part of a 4 site portfolio, and is supported by and works alongside Spire Bushey Diagnostic Centre, Elstree Cancer Centre and Spire Pathology Centre. Our theatre team cover a wide variety of specialties including Ortho, Bariatric, General, Gyane, ENT, Urology, Plastics, Ophthalmics, Spinal.
Main duties of the jobDuties and responsibilities:
As a bank Outpatient Physiotherapist, your role will involve performing individual assessments and overseeing a diverse range of patient cases. You will have the opportunity to dedicate sufficient time to each patient, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care.
- The position entails providing a high standard of assessment and treatment for our outpatient department.
- You will manage a varied outpatient caseload.
- To hold own caseload and be responsible for a defined area of the service, working without direct supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interactions with patients, consultants, and colleagues.
- Effective time management and problem solving abilities.

Who we're looking for- BSc Hons or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC Registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop good working relationships.
- Demonstrate solid clinical reasoning skills and evidence-based practice.
- To be computer literate with excellent organisational and time management skills and an acute attention to detail.
- Additional MSK experience desirable; experience or skills in TMJ rehab, vestibular, hand therapy, hydrotherapy, acupuncture, paediatrics, breast cancer rehab.
- Will need to commit to at least one evening per week and every other Saturday morning.
