What We Offer:

• Salary of £13.57 per hour
• Work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Temporary, on going

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively review and source goods and services in line with value-for-money principles.
• Purchase goods and services using tendering and quotation processes in accordance with HSCNI procedures.
• Provide purchasing advice and information to customers on goods and service options.
• Operate PC and computer systems to support the delivery of purchasing services.
• Resolve invoice queries with HSCNI Finance to ensure timely supplier payments.
• Respond to supplier queries promptly.

Qualifications:

• 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English Language, plus 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
