We are seeking a caring and experiencedAuxiliary Nursing Assistantto join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily activities: Provide support with bathing, dressing, feeding, and other personal care tasks.
- Monitor patient conditions: Observe and record vital signs (e.g., temperature, blood pressure, pulse), weight, and other relevant information.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene: Keep patient rooms clean and organized, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
- Assist nursing staff: Provide support with basic medical procedures as directed by registered nurses.
- Transport patients, supplies, and medical equipment: Safely move patients, supplies, and medical equipment as needed.
- Record patient information: Accurately document patient information and update medical charts.
- Provide emotional support and communication: Offer empathy, understanding, and effective communication to patients and their families.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the capacity of a staff nurse.
- Ability to provide a clean police clearance certificate AND/OR DBS certificate.
