Autonomous HR Manager for a Scalable Startup

Dizplai, a growing team of 50, is looking for an HR Manager/Business Partner who can build a people function that scales with the business. This standalone role offers real autonomy, responsibility, and impact, reporting to the Fractional Chief People Officer and partnering with the leadership team to shape hiring, culture, and people operations across the company.

You will own recruitment, manage onboarding and lifecycle events, and apply up-to-date UK employment law pragmatically.
