Autonomous Finance Manager for SME Growth & Reporting

IPS Finance in Huddersfield is seeking a Finance Manager to own the finance function in a growing SME. This hands-on role leads a small team and works closely with the directors, with a fractional CFO providing additional support.

You will develop management information, improve reporting, forecast cash flow, and partner with operations to drive profitability, with liaison to external accountants and auditors. The role also covers budgeting and year-end activities.
