Responsibilities

• Measure true incremental return on marketing spend using geo lift, holdout testing, and media mix modelling; Identify the point where marginal spend stops paying off and quantify the paid/organic relationship; Develop financial models connecting marketing spend to acquisition, retention, and LTV; Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasting and variance narratives; Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis for spend changes and macro shifts; Define decision rules, ROI thresholds, and spend limits for the Growth team; Size new markets, model investment cases, and track performance against thesis; Act as a Finance partner to the VP of Growth, COO, and CFO by translating analysis into clear recommendations; Pressure test the financial case behind major marketing bets; Utilize AI tools to accelerate analysis and model builds.

Requirements

• 8+ Years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or performance marketing;
• Deep expertise in incrementality, marginal CAC, LTV, retention curves, geo lift/holdout testing, and media mix modeling;
• Proven track record of owning a measurement method end-to-end, from test design to decision-making;
• Experience working in a high-growth B2C, marketplace, or subscription business;
• Strong proficiency with Looker, Snowflake/SQL, and advanced Sheets/Excel;
• Ability to defend specific recommendations under senior challenge and influence growth teams;
• Demonstrated success using AI tools to drive insights and efficiencies;
• Nice to have: FP&A, strategic finance, or commercial finance experience, hands-on financial modeling for user acquisition, experience in fast-growing data-driven startups or marketplaces.
