Automotive Service Advisor - Fast-Paced & Customer-Focused

Hartwell Automotive Group Limited in Watford is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will greet customers, schedule service appointments, and act as the liaison between customers and technicians while explaining repair work and costs clearly.

You will also upsell services as appropriate and help maintain smooth workshop flow with accurate bookings and records. Training will be provided to develop basic vehicle knowledge and dealership software proficiency.
