Our client's Not-For-Profit (NFP) team provides audit and other assurance services to a wide range of charities, membership bodies, social enterprises, trade unions, and other not-for-profit organizations. They are now seeking an experienced Audit Manager or Senior Manager to join their growing team.

Main Responsibilities -
  • Manage a portfolio of NFP audit clients, including coordination of service offerings from other departments
  • Manage assignments resourced from a combined pool of staff to achieve client satisfaction combined with targeted firm recovery
  • Responsibility for fee billing and cash collection among own portfolio of clients
  • Measure against collective (departmental) targets for FCR, billing, net fee income, and cash collection, as well as personal and firm-wide goals
  • Involvement in staff training
  • Involvement in firm/department practice development, business development, and marketing initiatives
  • Responsibility for staff reviewing procedures
About you -
  • Qualified Accountant with 3+ years PQE, ideally in a medium or large practice environment
  • Top-tier interpersonal skills
  • Natural Influencer
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Relationship builder with a strong focus on building lasting relationships with clients and teams
  • Understands the importance of client satisfaction and adding value
  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure
  • Excellent computer-literacy skills
