About Our Client

An independently owned practice in Nottingham that currently turn over just shy of £5m, they are experiencing rapid growth in other areas of the Audit market which could double their revenues in the next 3-5 years. They are a full service accounting and advisory firm to individuals, small business and larger corporate businesses.

Job Description

• Overseeing the department, you will be responsible for: recruitment and development of their team, delivering on technical assignments, client stakeholder management, business development and cross selling to other areas of the firm.
• Management of budgets, fees targets, WIP and debtors
• Act as the main point of contact within the office for all audit queries
• Act as an RI for the firm, signing off on an array of accounts

The Successful Applicant

• ACA or ACCA qualified with IFRS experience
• Ideally you will be an RI and have some experience working with AIM and AQUIS listed clients, although the latter isn't a necessity
• Midlands based and happy to travel to London multiple times a month, when required, to support business development activities

What's on Offer

• Salary DOE but likely to fall between £90,000 - £130,000
• Additional bonus to be discussed and offered until you buy in to the firm, if you choose
