Attendance & Welfare Lead for Student Success

Haberdashers' Abraham Darby is seeking a highly organised School Attendance Welfare Officer to drive improvements in attendance and punctuality across the school. This role combines attendance administration, direct work with pupils and families, and preparing evidence for formal attendance processes.

You will work with year teams, safeguarding colleagues and external agencies to identify barriers, secure support and ensure consistent follow-through, contributing to pupils' access to education.
