Associate Solicitor - Derivatives/Structured Finance

THE ROLE

We have a new role for and an Associate Solicitor 3 - 6 PQE with a derivatives/general finance/structured finance background to join a leading Financial Services Transactions team

You will be working on cutting edge transactions, mainly advising pension schemes, insurers, reinsurers, banks on regulatory and capital-driven transactions

The post holder will be handling the following work:-

Structured products

Custody account security structures (usually including an account control agreement)

Title transfer collateral arrangements, taking security

Capital regulation

Securitisations and repackaging

THE CANDIDATE

You will have a solid track record with c 3-6 year's PQE gained working for a leading law firm with derivatives, structured finance and/or collateral experience

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on big, x border complex transactions in a growing area
