Job Title: Associate Management Advisor

Location: Liverpool or Altrincham Office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) WFH Monday & Friday

Job Type: Full-Time 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Management Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure that ManpowerGroup associates are paid correctly and on time, deliver exceptional customer service, and address any pay-related queries efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Associate Management is there to provide a 'best in class service' to Associates and clients, ensuring that their experience is productive, efficient and promotes ManpowerGroup as the partner of choice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure ManpowerGroup Associates are paid correctly and on time.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Associates.
  • Address and resolve pay-related queries, including pension, holiday, maternity, paternity, and overtime.
  • Handle queries quickly and efficiently according to established processes.
  • Go above and beyond to meet Associates' needs.
  • Liaise with other departments such as payroll and the field to gather information to resolve issues
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with Associates and other stakeholders.
  • Understand clients' specific pay and holiday nuances to ensure compliance.
  • Manage the termination of PAYEE records and release P45 forms.
  • Set up Associates correctly to prevent pay and billing issues.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Administration of systems to ensure accurate job orders, extension, amendments, terminations and finishers
  • Primary point of contact for the Associate for all pay and holiday queries throughout their engagement
  • Communicating the process the Associate must follow whist on assignment (especially payment process)
  • Purchase order management
  • Extension Management
  • Act as a liaison between Associates and other internal departments
  • To own and manage Associate queries through to resolution
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to clients' specific pay and holiday requirements.
  • Experience in payroll or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple queries simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Articulate with a positive approach, and capable of dealing with confrontational situations sensitively and professionally as well as forging strong relationship with Associates
  • Good reasoning skills and ability to deal with complex issues and make sound judgements on solutions
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Resilient and ability to remain calm and professional under difficult circumstances
  • Ability to project professionalism and confidence at all levels over the phone and face to face
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible attitude and approach
  • Practical level of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to use Outlook and the internet
