Associate Director - Property Management

Cobalt are delighted to be partnering once again with a leading global Real Estate Consultancy on their search for an Associate Director to join their commercial Property Asset Management team in London.

You will be managing a diverse and high profile portfolio for a major national client. Furthermore, you will be taking ownership of their own sites across rural and commercial assets, working collaboratively with professionals from across the property lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of rural and commercial properties across the UK.
• Conduct regular site inspections and oversee property maintenance.
• Engage with tenants, stakeholders, and professional teams (FM, agency, consultancy).
• Prepare budgets, manage lease events, and ensure property compliance.
• Deliver top-tier property management services and contribute to asset management strategy.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of Landlord & Tenant legislation and H&S requirements.
• Comfortable working independently, with strong organisational and communication skills.
• RICS qualification preferred (or working towards it).
• Full UK driving licence required.
