We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate role in a Legal Services firm based in London. It is a prominent multinational law firm that advises businesses and people across the UK and abroad, with key principles of cooperation, entrepreneurship, and quality. A qualified solicitor with the necessary experience is sought for this position.

• The ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels in both English and Chinese and Cantonese while Mandarin is preferred.
• All degrees of PQE will be taken into consideration by qualified solicitors who can demonstrate relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge and competence in the domain of conveyancing are required.
• Preferable but not required: previous experience with new-build acquisitions.
• It is vital to have previous experience with house purchasing transactions.
• The candidate must be able to manage transaction deadlines, interact effectively with clients, and keep agents informed of developments.
• The candidate should be knowledgeable about the fundamentals of conveyancing and have past expertise in residential conveyancing.
• PQE of at least 1 year is necessary.
• Working experience in a fast-paced organisation, as well as teamwork.
• Thinking with an eye for detail is necessary.
