Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support Sustainability Advisory projects, including human rights impact assessments, double materiality assessments, and responsible sourcing.

  • Actively assist consultants on client projects by preparing offers, concepts, analyses, reports, and presentations.

  • Support data management and quality assurance, utilizing our proprietary EIQ tool.

  • Contribute to internal knowledge management and product development by preparing case studies, best practice examples, and internal communications.

  • Gradually take on more responsibility within a highly engaged, transnational team of sustainability consultants.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree, ideally in environmental or social sciences, business administration, or economics, with a focus on sustainability.

  • Initial professional experience, preferably in human rights risk management systems, responsible sourcing practices, or double materiality assessments.

  • Strong knowledge of sustainability, particularly in human rights, responsible sourcing, communication, and relevant regulations (e.g., LkSG, CSDDD, CSRD, EUDR) and standards (e.g., UNGPs, OECD Guidelines).

  • Quick comprehension and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English; additional language skills (e.g., French) are a plus.

  • A creative, entrepreneurial mindset with an aptitude for developing concepts, reports, and graphical representations.

  • Strong organizational skills and project management abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

  • An open, team-oriented, communicative, and service-oriented personality.
