Conduct research and data analysis to support Sustainability Advisory projects, including human rights impact assessments, double materiality assessments, and responsible sourcing.
Actively assist consultants on client projects by preparing offers, concepts, analyses, reports, and presentations.
Support data management and quality assurance, utilizing our proprietary EIQ tool.
Contribute to internal knowledge management and product development by preparing case studies, best practice examples, and internal communications.
Gradually take on more responsibility within a highly engaged, transnational team of sustainability consultants.
A Master's degree, ideally in environmental or social sciences, business administration, or economics, with a focus on sustainability.
Initial professional experience, preferably in human rights risk management systems, responsible sourcing practices, or double materiality assessments.
Strong knowledge of sustainability, particularly in human rights, responsible sourcing, communication, and relevant regulations (e.g., LkSG, CSDDD, CSRD, EUDR) and standards (e.g., UNGPs, OECD Guidelines).
Quick comprehension and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English; additional language skills (e.g., French) are a plus.
A creative, entrepreneurial mindset with an aptitude for developing concepts, reports, and graphical representations.
Strong organizational skills and project management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
An open, team-oriented, communicative, and service-oriented personality.
