What you will do
  • Lead and manage a team of skilled social workers within MASH, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and procedures, maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, facilitating their professional growth and development.
  • Partake in strategic discussions, contributing insights to improve service delivery and outcomes for children and families.
Requirements for the role
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in social work is essential.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Recent managerial experience in roles such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager is highly beneficial.
  • Substantial frontline experience within Children's Services, particularly as an Assistant Team Manager, is crucial.
