- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work is essential.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Recent managerial experience in roles such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager is highly beneficial.
- Substantial frontline experience within Children's Services, particularly as an Assistant Team Manager, is crucial.
