Job Description
Bayne's the Family Bakers is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager in the Perth area. You will oversee daily shop operations, support scheduling, and help train new staff while maintaining high food hygiene and customer service standards. A hands-on approach with serving and bake-off duties is required.
